report<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This was the most significant of the controversial events in the whole set of data. A gunman in British Columbia had his ChatGPT account shut down for policy violations, but OpenAI never notified law enforcement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This event caused the largest jump in negative
