In the past, we used to show how influential a person or media outlet (aka your mention source) was:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We’ve now added more information regarding how popular a given post is<\/b>, which means you see how well it is performing and what kind of engagement it is getting. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here\u2019s what Brand24 Interactions look like in Brand24 Dashboard:<\/span>

Brand24 Interactions are displayed for\u00a0<\/span>Twitter<\/b>, <\/span>Facebook<\/b>, and <\/span>Instagram mentions<\/a><\/b> appearing in your project Dashboard. <\/span>They \u00a0are available for Max Pricing plan <\/a>and <\/b>all free trial accounts<\/b><\/a>.<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seeing how popular a given post is comes with a number of benefits:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The new feature allows you to know that without having to visit the mention in its original source (you\u2019re welcome!).<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In other words, seeing the number of interactions in your Dashboard allows you to make the decision if you want to check this mention, or focus on another one.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
