Brand24 is looking to expand our Custom Reports Team based in Wrocław – a new division established to create premium, hand-crafted, personalized reports that turn data into insights, offered to our 3800+ clients from over 154 countries.

Brand24 helps to find brand mentions and turn them into insights. Anytime a company gets mentioned on social, news, blogs, videos, message boards, podcasts, reviews – our tool will let know. Brand24 provides easy and cost-effective access to key brand mentions helping to find customer insights, protect the brand’s reputation, or research competitors.\

Things you’ll do:

  • Connect with our current clients to present the benefits of our Custom Reports
  • Generate, qualify, and drive new leads and opportunities
  • Run e-communications in order to identify and address the needs of potential Brand24 Custom Reports clients
  • Live meetings and demos presented in a fun, useful, and engaging way
  • Support customers with all issues they may run into
  • Join a unique sales and development team in an endeavor to improve existing and create new sales strategies

Things you’ll need:

  • 1+ year experience in Sales/Customer Success
  • Natural sales skills – ‘Sell me this pen’. Just kidding, we sell without selling – if the customer buys you and needs the product; it’s a match
  • Customer relations skills – we’re looking for a people person, who’s very well-liked and who knows not only how to foster trust; but also how to keep promises.
  • Business and data analysis understanding
  • Great English skills. You must be comfortable communicating with English native speakers, and they have to be comfortable talking to you! (C1 is a good start)
  • Confidence, engagement, self-motivation, and ‘work smarter, not harder’ attitude
  • Teamplay – being a star is cool, being a star cluster is awesome

Things that’ll get you on top of the list:

  • Previous work experience in Sales/Customer Success for SaaS company
  • Experience in upselling existing client base
  • Ability to turn data into insights
  • Knowledge of tools like Intercom.io, Woodpecker, or similar
