Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for an ambitious and creative person in the role of Chief Operations Officer (COO) to help in the global expansion of the company. The ideal candidate will fill a visible, strategic, and high-impact leadership role within the organization. The leader must bring control, trust, accountability, transparency, and urgency in the execution of his/her responsibilities. The candidate must be open to change, ready to work in a fast-paced and fluid environment.




  • collaborate with the C-Level in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs
  • partner with the company management to  achieve growth targets 
  • design new or improve existing and implement effective operating practices
  • translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning
  • oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met
  • ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention
  • adhere to the financial, stock market, and legal requirements, enforcing compliance and taking action when necessary
  • establish policies that promote company culture and vision
  • lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
  • drive collaboration and offer support across the enterprise.
  • keep up to date with best practices and emerging trends within the technology and competitive landscape.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures (i.e. future changes in product pricing)
  • set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
  • support our team leaders (IT, Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
  • analyze both internal and external operations and identify areas of process enhancement
  • support recruitment of key professionals
  • participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, etc.)

You’ll be a perfect match if you’re:

  • bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • 5+ years experience in executive leadership positions with global SaaS  providers, e-commerce or digital scale-up champions, ideally as head of operations or business development
  • demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
  • some hands-on experience in B2B product & project management, software development, and agile environment preferred
  • proven high organizational, motivation, and leadership skills
  • strong service orientation
  • a solid grasp of data analysis and performance/operations metrics
  • ideally – practical knowledge in digital sales & marketing techniques and cloud-based technologies
  • fluent or native English speaker
  • excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
