Customer Success Adviser


Who is a Customer Success Adviser at Brand24? If you are a person passionate about new technologies, you understand and can clearly explain how various businesses can use it to their benefit, then you just may be the right candidate!


Things you’ll do:

  • Help our customers achieve business success with Brand24
  • Work with our customers to help them optimize the way they use Brand24
  • Educate customers about the benefits of using our software
  • Analyze the results of your work and presenting it to the team
  • Add input and insight into product development
  • Communicate with people from multiple countries and time zones using various digital communication methods
  • Build expertise in your own respective areas with your customers


Job requirements:

  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken enabling comfortable communication with English native speakers
  • Excellent customers success skills – professional online and offline product presentation, understand customer’s needs
  • Ability to establish and maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Some experience in customer service in the Internet/e-commerce industry
  • Enjoys speaking and communicating with people
  • Confident; engaged; self-motivated; work smarter, not harder
  • Knowledge of the Internet / SaaS market is an advantage
  • Has a good grasp of technology such as CRM systems
  • This position is late hours shift (2:00 PM-10:00 PM)
