Who is a Customer Success Adviser at Brand24? If you are a person passionate about social media and you understand how various businesses can use it to their benefit, then you just may be the right candidate!

Things you’ll do:

  • Work with users to help them optimize the way they use Brand24 and social media
  • Help our customers achieve business success with Brand24
  • Educate customers about the benefits of using Brand24 and social media
  • Analyze the results of your work and presenting it to the team
  • Add input and insight into product development
  • Communicate with users from multiple countries and time zones using various digital communication methods
  • Build expertise in your own respective areas with your customers

 

Job requirements:

  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
  • Enjoy speaking and communicating with people
  • Likes helping people and always puts clients first
  • Have experience in managing some form of social media presence
  • Experience in working to reach targets and is comfortable with KPIs
  • Uses critical thinking skills to solve problems and find solutions
  • Self-Motivated; work smarter, not harder
  • Has a good grasp of technology such as slack, google docs and live chat software
  • Must be available to work late hours (1:00-9:00 PM / 2:00-10:00 PM)
