BRAND24 is looking for a Head of Sales / Business Developer for our Insights24 team, a division established to create premium, hand-crafted, personalized reports that turn data into insights. You will be tasked with promoting Insights24 services and product capabilities. This role has a strong commercial focus, which includes seeking out new business opportunities in the local PL market as well as worldwide, coupled with the development of existing clients.
Location: Warsaw or Wrocław, office/home mix or remotely

Things you’ll do:

  • Generate new business by finding leads and opportunities as well as by developing and nurturing relationships within the current customer base;
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities and support the business development effort;
  • Develop relationships with key decision makers within both prospects and clients;
  • Analyze and interpret the data to provide insightful responses to client queries;
  • Live meetings and insightful client presentations that reflect the client’s needs;
  • Sales planning, forecasting, and execution of account plans;
  • Manage the contract negotiation process with clients to ensure profitable outcomes.

Things you’ll need:

  • The candidate we seek will preferably have 3-5+ years in Sales/Customer Success;
  • Experience working with internet monitoring and measurement solutions, marketing technology, market research or digital media sales would be an advantage;
  • A demonstration of successful account management would be ideal, as would a hunter mentality, alongside strong negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Highly organized, driven, proactive, collaborative team player with an analytical and problem-solving mindset;
  • Business and data analysis understanding, ability to turn data into insights;
  • Great English skills. You must be comfortable communicating with native English speakers and they have to be comfortable with talking to you! (C1 is a good start).
