Things you’ll need:

Experience in a similar position is not necessary – we are looking for individuals who want to learn and grow
Online and offline communication skills
Knowledge of social media and the online environment
Fluent in English (C1); knowledge of Spanish will be an additional advantage
Diligence and initiative
Familiarity with online communication tools

Things you’ll do:

Provide ongoing assistance to Brand24 customers (mainly working with international clients from 2 PM to 10 PM)
Handle customer inquiries (chat and email)
Build long-term relationships with our customers
Optimize existing and create new monitoring projects in Brand24
Support the Customer Care team in daily tasks
