Who is a New Business Manager at Brand24?
If you are an open-minded, goal-oriented, FUN person, who doesn’t shy away from speaking to clients and can very well detect what they need, we’re looking for you!
Things you’ll do:
  • Guide inbound leads to becoming new Brand24 users (no cold calls, yay!)
  • Run e-communications in order to identify and address the needs of potential Brand24 clients
  • Present the product in a fun, useful, and engaging way
  • Support customer with all issues they may run into
  • Join a unique sales and development team in an endeavor to improve existing and create new sales strategies
Things you’ll need:
  • Availability to work on a late hour shift (2 PM – 10 PM)
  • Fenomenal English skills. You must be comfortable communicating with English native speakers and they have to be comfortable with talking to you! (C1 is a good start)
  • Natural sales skills – ‘Sell me this pen’. Just kidding, we sell without selling – if the customer buys you and needs the product; it’s a match
  • Customer relations skills – we’re looking for a people person, who’s very well-liked and who knows not only how to foster trust; but also how to keep promises.
  • Learning and adaptation skills – our product is rather simple, but you do need to learn it inside out
  • Confidence; engagement; self-motivation; ‘work smarter, not harder’ attitude
  • Teamplay – being a star is cool, being a star cluster is awesome
Things that’ll get you on top of the list:
  • Previous CS/Sales experience
  • Understanding of SaaS model and its operations
  • Experience using CRM
