New Business Manager

 

Who is a New Business Manager at Brand24? If you are a goal-oriented person, with the ability to detect potential clients needs and problems, you are convincing and creative to present solutions, then you just may be the right candidate!

 

Things you’ll do:

  • Customer acquisition in an inbound channel
  • Run customer e-communication and be able to address potential clients needs by articulating product features and benefits of Brand24
  • Prepare dedicated sales presentations and sales analyzes
  • Support customer helpdesk team
  • Active contribution to product and sales process development

 

Job requirements:

  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken enabling comfortable communication with English native speakers
  • Excellent sales skills – professional online and offline product presentation, negotiation techniques, understand customer’s needs
  • Ability to establish and maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Some experience in sales and/or customer service in the Internet/e-commerce industry
  • Enjoys speaking and communicating with people
  • Confident; engaged; self-motivated; work smarter, not harder
  • Knowledge of the Internet / SaaS market is an advantage
  • Has a good grasp of technology such as CRM systems
  • This position is late hours shift (2:00 PM-10:00 PM)
