Brand24 is a Software-as-a-Service company with thousands of clients from 160 countries. Brand24 helps to find brand mentions and turn them into insights. Anytime a company gets mentioned on social, news, blogs, videos, message boards, podcasts, reviews – our tool will let you know. Brand24 provides easy and cost-effective access to key brand mentions helping to find customer insights, protect the brand’s reputation, or research competitors.
The company’s HQ is based in Wrocław with satellite offices in Warsaw and Gdańsk. We work in a remote-first model.

What happens when you subscribe to Brand24?
Things you’ll do:
- working alongside the dedicated software development team;
- working with UX Designer, Analysts and Head of Product;
- collecting business requirements and updating the product backlog based on the priorities and strategic value;;
- collaborate with other product functional teams (e.g. marketing team, customer success team)
- contribute to introducing best practices, implement process improvements and introduce innovative ways of working.
- testing the software and helping with business analysis to understand the core of the product.
Things you’ll need:
- 2+ years of experience (preferably in SaaS);
- experience in collecting requirements from stakeholders and transforming them into the Product Backlog Items;
- knowledge on how to create and maintain product documentation;
- excellent verbal and written English.
Things that’ll get you on top of the list:
- technical background (experience as a developer/tester or a technical degree);
- experience with tools and software for data analysis (Google Analytics, HotJar, Heap, or other);
- experience with payment environments (Strine, PayPay, etc).
