Brand24 is looking for a User Education Manager to join its team.

At Brand24, educating our clients how to benefit not only from using our system, but also from Social Media as a whole is a key pillar in our growth model. We are looking for a self-motivated Education Manager who has customer experience at the center of their focus. The ideal candidate will gain a good understanding of our user behavior and motivations. The core goal of the position is to develop our user’s understanding of the solution to ensures they can experience the benefits to their brand.

Job requirements

  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
  • Experience in published content creation in English
  • Experience managing automation funnels for an international audience
  • Target driven work approach, comfortable with KPIs
  • Self motivated
  • Work smarter, not harder

Things you’ll do

  • Optimize Brand24’s existing educational user experience touch points.
  • Consistently reinvent channels of communication for education, i.e., mobile, webinar, video
  • Deliver in-depth analytics and conclusions on your projects and channels
