class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">between:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>[Client Name]<\/strong>, a [entity type] organized under the laws of [jurisdiction], with its principal place of business at [Address], VAT ID \/ Tax ID: [number], represented by: [Name] \u2013 [Title], hereinafter referred to as the <strong>&#8220;Controller&#8221;<\/strong>,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">and<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Brand24 Global Inc.<\/strong>, a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 121 Executive Circle, Daytona Beach, FL 32114, USA, represented by: [Name] \u2013 [Title], hereinafter referred to as the <strong>&#8220;Processor&#8221;<\/strong>,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(The parties are collectively referred to as the &#8220;Parties&#8221;)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Considering that the Controller and the Processor are parties to a service agreement (e.g., Terms of Service for Brand24, Chatbeat, or Insights24 services), hereinafter referred to as the <strong>&#8220;Main Agreement&#8221;<\/strong>, the performance of which requires the processing of personal data by the Processor, the Parties hereby conclude this Agreement in accordance with Article 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00a7 1. Subject Matter<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Controller entrusts the Processor with the processing of personal data under Article 28 of the GDPR, on the terms and for the purposes specified in this Agreement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Processor undertakes to process the entrusted personal data in accordance with this Agreement, the GDPR, and other applicable data protection laws protecting the rights of data subjects.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This Agreement applies to all personal data processing carried out by the Processor in connection with the services provided under the Main Agreement, including but not limited to Brand24 (brand24.com), Chatbeat (chatbeat.com), and Insights24 (insights24.com) services.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00a7 2. Purpose, Nature, Scope, and Duration of Processing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Purpose:<\/strong> Data processing is carried out solely for the purpose of performing the Main Agreement (provision of SaaS monitoring, analytics, and\/or AI-powered services to the Controller).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nature:<\/strong> The processing is continuous, automated, and takes place within the IT systems of the Processor and its sub-processors (collection, recording, organisation, storage, retrieval, analysis, erasure).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Scope (Types of Data):<\/strong> The Agreement covers personal data necessary to provide the service, such as: names, contact details, images in the scope of publicly available profile pictures, and other data publicly available on the internet and social media.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Categories of Data Subjects:<\/strong> The data concerns the Controller&#8217;s clients, employees, or contractors, as well as individuals whose data is monitored within the service (public figures, social media users).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Duration:<\/strong> This Agreement is concluded for the duration of the Main Agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00a7 2a. Controller&#8217;s Obligations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Controller represents that it is authorized to entrust the processing of personal data covered by this Agreement and that such processing is carried out in accordance with applicable law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Controller undertakes to:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a) issue only lawful instructions to the Processor regarding the processing of personal data;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b) promptly inform the Processor of any circumstances that may affect the processing of data;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">c) cooperate with the Processor in fulfilling obligations related to data subject rights;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">d) timely fulfil payment obligations under the Main Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Controller bears sole responsibility for the lawfulness of the purposes and means of personal data processing as defined in the instructions issued to the Processor.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00a7 2b. Processing of Data within Artificial Intelligence Services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the course of providing the service under the Main Agreement, the Processor may use artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies (&#8220;<strong>AI Services<\/strong>&#8220;) in accordance with the Brand24 Artificial Intelligence Terms available at <a href=\"https:\/\/brand24.com\/legal\/ai-terms\/\">https:\/\/brand24.com\/legal\/ai-terms\/<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal data processed within AI Services is subject to all data protection obligations set out in this Agreement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Processor does not use entrusted personal data to train, develop, or improve third-party public AI models. The Controller&#8217;s personal data is not shared with third-party AI service providers for the purpose of training their models.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the course of providing AI Services, personal data may be transmitted to third-party AI service providers (as sub-processors) for processing. Such providers are subject to the sub-processing provisions set out in \u00a7 4 of this Agreement and are listed in the sub-processor register referred to in \u00a7 4(2).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certain AI Services, such as topic analysis, may use data monitored within the service to build and update models specific to the Controller&#8217;s project. Such project-specific models are isolated within the Controller&#8217;s account and are not shared with or accessible by other clients of the Processor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All account-specific data processed within AI Services \u2014 including AI-assisted conversations, reports, and queries \u2014 is fully isolated and not accessible to other clients of the Processor.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00a7 3. Obligations of the Processor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Processor agrees to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Process personal data only on documented instructions from the Controller \u2014 such instructions include this Agreement, the account configuration within the service, the use of functionalities made available within the service in accordance with its documentation and terms of service, and any written instructions provided by the Controller.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that persons authorized to process the personal data have committed themselves to confidentiality or are under an appropriate statutory obligation of confidentiality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement appropriate technical and organizational measures as required by Article 32 of the GDPR to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A detailed description of the technical and organizational measures implemented can be found in Annex 1 to this Agreement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respect the conditions for engaging another processor (subprocessing) as referred to in \u00a7 4 of this Agreement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taking into account the nature of the processing, assist the Controller by appropriate technical and organizational measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfilment of the Controller&#8217;s obligation to respond to requests for exercising the data subject&#8217;s rights (e.g., right of access, right to be forgotten).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist the Controller in ensuring compliance with the obligations pursuant to Articles 32 to 36 of the GDPR (security, breach notification, data protection impact assessment), taking into account the nature of processing and the information available to the Processor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Immediately inform the Controller if, in the Processor&#8217;s opinion, an instruction infringes the GDPR or other applicable data protection provisions. In such case, the Processor shall be entitled to suspend the execution of the disputed instruction until it is confirmed or amended by the Controller.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the choice of the Controller, delete or return all the personal data to the Controller after the end of the provision of services relating to processing, and delete existing copies unless applicable law requires storage of the personal data.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00a7 4. Subprocessing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Controller grants general authorization for the Processor to engage other processors (subprocessors) to the extent necessary for the performance of the Main Agreement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The current list of subprocessors is available at <a href=\"https:\/\/brand24.com\/legal\/sub-processors\/\">https:\/\/brand24.com\/legal\/sub-processors\/<\/a> .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Brand24 S.A.<\/strong> (ul. Powsta\u0144c\u00f3w \u015al\u0105skich 9, 53-332 Wroc\u0142aw, Poland, KRS: 0000395367) is the Processor&#8217;s primary sub-processor. Brand24 S.A. provides the core infrastructure, technical operations, data storage, development, and support services necessary for the delivery of the services under the Main Agreement. Brand24 S.A. processes personal data on behalf of the Processor in accordance with a separate intra-group data processing agreement and is bound by data protection obligations no less protective than those set out in this Agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Processor shall inform the Controller of any intended addition or replacement of subprocessors at least <strong>14 days<\/strong> before the planned change by sending information to the email address indicated in the account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Controller may raise a reasoned objection to the new subprocessor within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of receiving the information. The objection must be in writing or documentary form (email) and must contain justification based on objective data protection concerns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case of an objection, the Parties shall negotiate in good faith to find a solution satisfactory to both Parties. If the Parties do not reach an agreement within <strong>30 days<\/strong> of the objection, the Controller may terminate the Main Agreement with 30 days&#8217; notice without incurring any contractual penalties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to object within the period specified in par. 5 shall constitute acceptance of the new subprocessor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Processor shall ensure that each subprocessor is bound by a contract imposing the same data protection obligations as set out in this Agreement, in particular the requirement to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Processor shall remain fully liable to the Controller for the performance of the subprocessor&#8217;s obligations as if they were the Processor&#8217;s own acts and omissions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00a7 5. Data Transfers outside the EEA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Personal data entrusted under this Agreement may be processed both within and outside the European Economic Area (EEA).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Processor&#8217;s primary sub-processor, Brand24 S.A., stores and processes data primarily within the EEA (Poland).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Processor is incorporated in the United States. To the extent that personal data is transferred to or accessed from the United States, such transfers are carried out on the basis of appropriate legal mechanisms, including:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a) an adequacy decision by the European Commission (e.g., under the <strong>EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework<\/strong>), where the Processor or its sub-processors are certified participants; or<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b) Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission pursuant to Article 46(2)(c) of the GDPR; or<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">c) other appropriate safeguards as permitted under Chapter V of the GDPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In connection with the provision of AI Services referred to in \u00a7 2b, personal data may be transferred to third-party AI service providers located outside the EEA, including in the United States. Such providers are listed in the sub-processor register referred to in \u00a7 4(2) and are subject to the appropriate transfer mechanisms specified in paragraph 3 above.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the event that any adequacy decision or other transfer mechanism relied upon is invalidated by a court of competent jurisdiction or supervisory authority, the Processor shall promptly implement alternative transfer mechanisms as required by applicable law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upon request, the Processor shall provide the Controller with information regarding the specific transfer mechanisms applied to a particular data transfer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00a7 6. EU Representative<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Brand24 Global Inc. has designated <strong>Brand24 S.A.<\/strong> (ul. Powsta\u0144c\u00f3w \u015al\u0105skich 9, 53-332 Wroc\u0142aw, Poland) as its representative in the European Union pursuant to Article 27 of the GDPR.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data subjects and supervisory authorities may contact Brand24 S.A. in relation to all issues connected with the processing of personal data by Brand24 Global Inc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact details: Data Protection Officer at Brand24 S.A., email: dpo@brand24.com.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00a7 7. Audit Rights<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Controller has the right to verify compliance with this Agreement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Controller may exercise the right to audit by requesting the Processor to provide documentation confirming compliance with the GDPR (e.g., security certificates, independent audit reports, SOC 2 reports, or equivalent).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In justified cases where the documentation referred to in par. 2 proves insufficient, the Controller may conduct an audit at the Processor&#8217;s premises or the premises of its primary sub-processor (Brand24 S.A.). Such an audit must be notified at least 14 days in advance, take place during business hours, and must not disrupt business operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The costs of the audit, including the remuneration of the auditors, shall be borne solely by the Controller. Furthermore, the Processor reserves the right to charge a fee for the support provided by its personnel (or the personnel of Brand24 S.A.) during the audit, based on standard hourly rates, of which the Processor shall inform the Controller prior to the commencement of the audit, unless the audit reveals a data protection breach attributable to the Processor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Audits shall be limited to one (1) per twelve (12) month period, unless required by a supervisory authority or in the event of a confirmed personal data breach.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00a7 8. Personal Data Breaches<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Processor shall notify the Controller without undue delay, and no later than within <strong>48 hours<\/strong>, after becoming aware of a personal data breach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The notification shall contain at least:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a description of the nature of the breach including, where possible, the categories and approximate number of data subjects concerned and the categories and approximate number of personal data records concerned;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the name and contact details of the person designated as the point of contact regarding the breach;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a description of the likely consequences of the breach;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a description of the measures taken or proposed to address the breach, including, where appropriate, measures to mitigate its possible adverse effects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Where it is not possible to provide the information at the same time, the Processor shall provide it in phases without further undue delay.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Processor undertakes to fully cooperate with the Controller in remedying the breach, including implementing corrective actions indicated by the Controller.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Processor is not authorized to independently notify the supervisory authority or the data subjects of the personal data breach \u2014 this obligation lies solely with the Controller, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Processor undertakes to document all personal data breaches, including the circumstances of the breach, its effects, and remedial actions taken, and to make this documentation available to the Controller upon request.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00a7 9. Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Processor shall be liable for the damage caused by processing only where it has not complied with obligations of the GDPR specifically directed to processors or where it has acted outside or contrary to lawful instructions of the Controller.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Subject to par. 1, the Parties exclude the Processor&#8217;s liability for lost profits (lucrum cessans).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Limitation of Liability:<\/strong> The Processor&#8217;s total aggregate liability towards the Controller for any non-performance or improper performance of this Agreement, as well as for torts, shall be limited to the amount equivalent to <strong>6 times the average monthly net remuneration<\/strong> payable to the Processor under the Main Agreement (calculated over the last 12 months of cooperation).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The limitation referred to in par. 3 does not apply to cases where liability cannot be limited under mandatory provisions of law (e.g., wilful misconduct).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The limitations of liability set forth in this Section shall not apply to damages:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a) resulting from wilful misconduct or gross negligence of the Processor;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b) caused by breach of confidentiality obligations;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">c) resulting from processing personal data contrary to the Controller&#8217;s documented instructions;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">d) to the extent that exclusion or limitation of liability is not permitted under mandatory law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"6\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Processor shall not be liable for damages resulting from:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a) acts or omissions of the Controller, including issuance of unlawful instructions;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b) processing data in accordance with the Controller&#8217;s documented instructions that proved unlawful, provided the Processor had previously informed the Controller of its concerns;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">c) acts of third parties for which the Processor is not responsible;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">d) force majeure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00a7 10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Governing Law.<\/strong> This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles; provided, however, that the processing of personal data shall at all times comply with the GDPR and other applicable data protection laws, which shall take precedence over the governing law of this Agreement to the extent of any conflict.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dispute Resolution.<\/strong> Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved, at the election of the party initiating the dispute, by either:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a) <strong>Litigation:<\/strong> the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York, New York, USA. Each Party irrevocably consents to the jurisdiction of such courts and waives any objection to venue therein; or<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b) <strong>Arbitration:<\/strong> binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (&#8220;<strong>AAA<\/strong>&#8220;) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in New York, New York, USA, before a single arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator&#8217;s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment upon the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Data Protection Disputes.<\/strong> Notwithstanding the foregoing, any dispute solely concerning compliance with the GDPR or the rights of data subjects may also be brought before the competent courts or supervisory authorities in the European Union, as provided by the GDPR.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Injunctive Relief.<\/strong> Nothing in this Section shall prevent either Party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of data protection obligations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00a7 11. Miscellaneous<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, including in electronic or documentary form by means of an electronic signature (e.g., DocuSign, qualified electronic signature), each of which shall be deemed an original.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of its execution by both Parties and shall remain in effect for the entire duration of the Main Agreement. These measures include, in particular:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Confidentiality Measures<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>a) Physical access control:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The offices of Brand24 S.A. (primary sub-processor responsible for infrastructure and operations) are located in buildings covered by round-the-clock physical protection and a video surveillance system (CCTV).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access to the office premises is controlled using access control systems (proximity cards\/codes) and physical keys issued only to authorized employees in accordance with the internal key policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Critical areas (e.g., server rooms, cabinets with documentation) are additionally secured and accessible only to selected personnel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>b) Control of access to systems:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Access to IT systems is secured with unique identifiers (logins) and passwords.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A secure password policy is in place, enforcing appropriate complexity and regular changes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Procedures are in place to grant and withdraw access rights in the event of employment or termination of employment (&#8220;Joiner\/Leaver process&#8221;).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>c) Network and equipment security:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Data transmission on public networks is encrypted using standard protocols (e.g., SSL\/TLS, VPN).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Firewall security and antivirus software are used on workstations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The &#8220;Clean Desk&#8221; and &#8220;Clean Screen&#8221; procedures (automatic locking of workstations) have been implemented.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Integrity Measures<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Data is protected from unauthorized modification through the user permission system \u2014 only persons whose role requires it have access to edit data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mechanisms are used to identify persons entering data or making changes to it (system logs).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Availability &amp; Resilience Measures<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Regular backups of key data are performed to ensure that they can be restored in the event of a physical or technical incident.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Critical infrastructure is equipped with uninterruptible power supply systems (UPS).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Software and operating systems are regularly updated to eliminate vulnerabilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Regular Testing &amp; Evaluation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Regular internal audits and reviews of the security measures in place are conducted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A risk analysis for personal data processing processes is carried out.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Organizational Measures<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Data Protection Officer (DPO):<\/strong> A Data Protection Officer has been appointed at Brand24 S.A. to supervise the compliance of processes with the GDPR.
