We’re looking for a proactive and growth-oriented Customer Success Manager (CSM) who enjoys working in a fast-paced SaaS environment and is eager to build strong customer relationships from day one. In this role, you’ll support customers in achieving real business outcomes, helping them get the most value from our solution through onboarding, ongoing guidance, and a customer-first mindset.
You have a solid understanding of modern technologies, including the rapidly evolving LLM (Large Language Model) ecosystem, and you actively use tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or other AI assistants both professionally and privately. You’re comfortable discussing AI-driven workflows, automation opportunities, and how customers can benefit from these innovations.
As a CSM, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, contribute to strategic success plans, and identify opportunities for customer growth, retention, and long-term satisfaction. Salary: 8,000–11,000 PLN OTE (UoP or B2B, depending on experience)
