New AI Filter: Context Search
If you’ve ever opened your project and thought, “There’s so much noise here,” this one’s for you.
Context Search uses AI to understand what you mean, not just what you type. When you search for something like “Jaguar electric cars and innovation”, it focuses only on mentions that match that idea, not random ones about the animal or unrelated topics.

It’s perfect for:

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Your Brand24 account holds valuable data (mentions, reports, insights) and now it’s safer than ever.
2FA adds an extra layer of security when you log in. Along with your password, you’ll need a code from your phone. Even if someone gets your password, they can’t get in.

- Keeps your data safe from unauthorized access.

- Gives you peace of mind knowing your account is locked down.

A Smarter, More Helpful Brand Assistant
The Brand Assistant just got two important updates that make it a lot easier to find insights and make sense of your data.
1. New use-case prompts in the Assistant chat
We’ve all had that moment when you open the AI chat and aren’t quite sure what to ask. Now, the Brand Assistant helps you start off on the right foot.
You’ll find ready-made prompts built around common marketing tasks, so instead of guessing what to type, you can simply choose what you want to do — and the Assistant sets the right context for you.

2. Smarter answers based on your filters
The Brand Assistant also got better at understanding what you’re looking at inside the tool. It now takes into account the filters you’ve applied in the Mentions, Analysis, and Comparison tabs.
That means your AI answers are now focused only on the data you see on screen. For example:
- Filter for negative mentions and ask, “What caused the sentiment drop last week?”
- The Assistant will analyze only those filtered mentions and explain what’s behind the trend.
No more generic answers — just insights based on the exact slice of data you’re working on.

Mention Limit Progress Bar
Ever hit your mention limit out of nowhere? We’ve got you. There’s now a progress bar that shows how many mentions you’ve used – and how close you are to the cap.
A quick glance is all it takes to stay on track and avoid surprises.
