Head of Product at Brand24 and one of the people who knows about it the most. Karol manages the direction of the product, how it is communicated, and what is the strategy focus of the platform. With more than 11 years of experience in the IT industry in various roles like business analyst, Scrum Master, sales, and Product Owner, he has a holistic view of what the product is.
He worked in a range of companies, including international products and projects. He is also dedicated to understanding and discovering customer needs rather than focusing on delivering a feature just for the sake of delivering a feature.
