Junior Customer Care Specialist

Things you’ll need:

  •  Experience in a similar position is not necessary – we are looking for individuals who want to learn and grow
  • Online and offline communication skills
  • Knowledge of social media and the online environment
  • Fluent in English (C1); knowledge of Spanish will be an additional advantage
  • Diligence and initiative
  • Familiarity with online communication tools

 

Things you’ll do:

  • Provide ongoing assistance to Brand24 customers (mainly working with international clients from 2 PM to 10 PM)
  • Handle customer inquiries (chat and email)
  • Build long-term relationships with our customers
  • Optimize existing and create new monitoring projects in Brand24
  • Support the Customer Care team in daily tasks
