  3. Under Article 24(2) of the Digitial Services Act, we are required to publish “information on the average monthly number of active recipients of the service within the European Union”. This is to assist public authorities in identifying very large entities – with at least 45 million active recipients in member countries. ‍ The average monthly number of active recipients of a service is calculated as the average of the last six months. ‍ For Brand24 S.A. and Brand24.com, the monthly number of active recipients of the service in the Union countries is significantly less than 45 million (data updated every six months from February 2023).

In order to verify the correctness of the use of the Service by the User, the Operator uses for the purpose of content moderation a database (dictionary) of unacceptable phrases created by the Operator, which automatically searches for such phrases. A User who believes that the Operator performed the indicated moderation in an improper manner may file a complaint in this respect – according to the principles indicated in Chapter X of the Terms of Use Brand24.
