INSIGHTS team in BRAND24 was raised to turn this data into powerful insights for the most demanding customers, to give them a deeper understanding of their audience, competition, and market position and accelerate their growth.


As a Business Development Manager focused on active outbound sales, you will be pivotal in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurture leads, and foster relationships with potential clients. Your success in this role will contribute significantly to the company’s overall growth and success.


Things you’ll do

  • Identify and target potential clients through extensive market research.
  • Conduct proactive outreach through calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Develop and maintain the sales pipeline
  • Leading the entire sales cycle from prospecting through winning to expansion of strategic business
  • Build and manage relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and pain points
  • Present our products/services to potential clients and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and generate leads.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts


Things you’ll need

  • Proven track record in active outbound sales, focusing on B2B sales.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Results-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Experience with CRM software, e.g. Pipedrive, and sales tracking tools
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful
  • Highly organized, driven, proactive, collaborative team player with an analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Business and data analysis understanding, ability to turn data into insight
  • Great English skills. You must be comfortable communicating with native English speakers, and they have to be comfortable with talking to you! (C1 is a good start)
