eRecruiter is an applicant tracking system that helps teams manage hiring end-to-end – from job posting and application submissions to candidate evaluation and recruitment. It keeps candidate data in one place, so recruiters and hiring managers stay aligned and the process stays organized.

Problem

eRecruiter works in a specific HR tech niche. To stay visible, they need to follow conversations about the ATS category (e.g., “ATS system”), their brand, and competitors.

Before, their monitoring was scattered:

  • They used many tools (SEO tools, LinkedIn analytics, hashtag tools, etc.)
  • Each tool showed only part of the story
  • It took a lot of manual work and still felt incomplete

They also missed many “hidden” conversations – on smaller portals and reposted social threads. These were places where ATS topics showed up, but eRecruiter wouldn’t notice them through usual channels like email or LinkedIn.
