We believe branding is all about stories.

What is the main usage for Brand24? What do you use Brand24 for and how do you make that happen?

We use Brand24 to monitor the online reputation of our clients.

For the most part, we leverage the platform to track media mentions. We provide B2B PR services to the majority of our clients. We do a pretty good job of tracking earned media coverage without the help of the platform; however, there are times when publications mention our clients without informing us, so we rely on Brand24 to alert us when these instances occur.

We check out the client's online reputation a few times a day. We also set up email alerts with Brand24, which are extremely helpful, especially when things are hectic, which is often. It's important to know what's going on and identify any potential issues whenever possible. 

What features do you find most valuable?

Brand24 helps us face our major challenges of everyday work.

With everything happening in real-time, it can be challenging to stay on top of what is going on. That is why Brand24 mentions feed is key. We are able to log in, quickly review what is going on, and move on.

Sifting through the noise is by far the biggest challenge we have when using media monitoring tools. Brand24 allows us to filter through the noise and get to the good stuff. The dashboard is simple, clean, and to the point. It is easy to learn and use.
