As part of a national network of afterschool champions and advocates, it is important for us to see how our campaign hashtags are tracking. Around our signature event, Lights On Afterschool, we closely monitor Brand24 to see how our hashtag is being picked up and used, which allows us to measure our effectiveness at raising awareness for afterschool programs across the country. We primarily use Brand24 to track social media mentions of our top reaching hashtags.
Social mentions and reach. We use the KPIs collected from Brand24 to debrief our success/failure on a campaign. The information from Brand24 is helpful to compare against previous years to see how we are performing over time.
