Brand24 Global Inc. (“Brand24”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) uses third-party service providers (sub-processors) to deliver and maintain our Services. The following list identifies entities to which Brand24 entrusts the processing of personal data in accordance with Article 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Changes to this list of sub-processors will be published on this page. In the event of material changes, users will be notified in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The data processing period is the period during which Brand24 provides the service.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Service Providers
Brand24 uses a combination of proprietary custom models and open source models hosted on Brand24’s own infrastructure, as well as third-party AI models accessed via API. The list below includes only those external AI providers to which Brand24 transfers data for processing within the meaning of Article 28 GDPR. Models operating on Brand24’s own infrastructure do not require transferring data to third parties and therefore are not listed as sub-processors.
For detailed terms governing the use of AI features, please refer to our AI Terms. Brand24 does not use your data to train third-party public AI models.

Role: Controller of personal data for users accessing the Services via brand24.com, insights24.com, and chatbeat.com and a data processor for Users’ data in respect of which it is not the controller of their personal data (pursuant to a data processing agreement). Brand24 Global Inc. entrusts the further processing of personal data to Brand24 S.A. as a sub-processor pursuant to a data processing agreement.

Additionally, Brand24 S.A. acts as Controller for users accessing the Services directly via brand24.pl and a data processor for Users’ data in respect of which it is not the controller of their personal data (pursuant to a data processing agreement).

We may share personal data such as name, contact information, IP address and information collected through cookies with them where necessary for administrative purposes, to support the provision and development of our Services (for example, engineering and development services), and to carry out customer support, sales and/or marketing activities on our behalf. For example, if you ask about a product or service offered by one of our Affiliates, we may pass the personal data relevant to your request to that Affiliate so that it can respond appropriately.
