The answer is short. You can’t do it using the Instagram app. I have tried to do it in many ways. I typed many combinations using the search bar. And it is not allowed to track or search two or more hashtags using the Instagram desktop or mobile app.

Above I showed you how to set up a project that tracks multiple hashtags. Here I will show you how to search for many hashtags on a project that tracks one keyword.
So, I want to find all the posts containing #nike #run and #workout hashtags. In my project, which tracks Nike as a keyword, I marked Instagram as a source. Then in typed #nike {AND} #run {AND} #workout.
As a result, the tool presents all Instagram posts containing those three hashtags.
